2024 WVHSSCA Banquet Registration
The WVHSSCA Annual Banquet will take place on Saturday, November 23 at Glenville State University. The school is going to put on a reception from 5:00-6:00 when the doors open. Dinner will start at 6:00. Awards will start at 7:00. The cost is $30 per person (1st team all-state players attend for no charge).

or pay at the door.
2024 WVHSSCA North-South Game
The WVHSSCA Annual North-South Game will take place on Sunday, November 24, at Glenville State University. The boys game will kickoff at 11:00am, with the girls game following (approximately 2:00pm kickoff)

2024 Season Dues
We are currently experiencing an issue with our payment system. Please do not pay via paypal. We will be in touch when we have a solution. Sorry for any inconvenience!
As stated in our bylaws, a coach must pay the current season's dues in order to nominate his or her players for season-end awards. The deadline for payment is September 1 2024.

Dues for a high school head coach are $40 each season up to September 1, and $80 after that date. Middle school head coaches, retired head coaches, and/or high school assistant coaches dues are $25 prior to September 1, and $50 after that date.

For the 2024 season, you may pay either online via PayPal, or contact contact@wvhssca.org for information on how to pay by mail.
